Quality & Inspection
A useful quality discussion starts with what your component must do—and how compliance will be demonstrated.

Material & condition
Specify the alloy grade, governing standard and heat-treatment condition. Tell us which chemical and mechanical test results your purchase specification requires.
Dimensions & finish
Identify critical dimensions, datums and inspection frequency. Include surface roughness, coatings, visual acceptance and cleanliness requirements where relevant.
Testing & documents
Where your application calls for non-destructive testing, material certificates or other records, specify the method, acceptance level and document type. The agreed inspection scope forms part of the quotation.
Certificates on request
Ask William for current certificates and the scope relevant to your project. Certification status, issuing body and validity should be reviewed against your supplier approval requirements.
