2. Information we receive
The inquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, country, requested process, project description and, if provided, quantity or annual demand. We also receive files you choose to attach and their filenames. The service records a submission reference and time. For abuse prevention, it stores a SHA-256 hash derived from the connecting IP address, or from the submitted email when that address is unavailable. The hosting provider may process technical access logs, browser and network information to deliver and secure the website.
3. Purposes and grounds for handling information
We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, prepare or discuss a quotation, answer questions and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information helps provide the service and prevent misuse. Where European or UK data protection law applies, relevant grounds may include steps you request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and securing the service, and applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required for a separate optional purpose, it must be requested separately. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The form marks required fields with an asterisk. Without sufficient contact and project information we may be unable to process an online inquiry. Attachments and quantity information are optional. Please send only documents you are authorised to share and avoid unnecessary personal information. Inquiries are stored in the website server’s protected inquiry records and attachment storage, on the company’s managed website server, with Cloudflare providing DNS and website delivery services. Authorised sales personnel may handle the information, and relevant hosting, security, email and technical service providers may process it to operate the service or support the inquiry. Access to the website inbox and attachment downloads is restricted. We do not sell inquiry contact information. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.
6. International handling
Our sales team is in China. The hosting and communication services used for the website may process information in other countries, so information may be handled outside your country of residence. Additional arrangements required for a specific project should be agreed before confidential material is submitted.
7. How long information is kept
The retention period depends on whether the inquiry is active, whether it becomes a customer relationship, the need to retain relevant correspondence or resolve a dispute, and applicable record-keeping requirements. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for these purposes. You may request deletion or ask about the retention applicable to your inquiry. The website does not currently operate an automatic fixed-period deletion schedule, and deletion from service backups may follow the provider’s backup lifecycle.

This version does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Essential hosting, security or sign-in features may use cookies or similar storage. The footer platform icons currently serve as unlinked placeholders and do not load social feeds or tracking widgets. If you follow an active external link, including WhatsApp, the destination service handles information under its own notice. We will update this notice and provide applicable choices before introducing optional tracking.
9. Your requests and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and may object to processing. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
